Shipping + Returns

Our Winterluxe Recycled Cashmere items shown are in stock and ready to ship. For shipping, we offer two options at the time of checkout:

FREE SHIPPING: All our items can ship for free by Standard, Untracked post. We are not able to provide tracking for items shipped for free, nor can we give a timeline for you to receive your item, so please consider our Expedited Shipping if time is of the essence. All items are shipped within 3 calendar days of purchase from Vancouver BC Canada, with the exception of the few weeks in mid-November when we are travelling for Markets. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected packages, please consider shipping to an address which will allow your parcel to be left for you without risk of theft or tampering, such as your office.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: We are happy to offer our customers tracked, ExpressPost shipping via Canada Post as an additional purchase option. All items are shipped from Vancouver BC Canada, please refer to the Regional or National descriptions for areas served. Please add to your cart as an item, it is not in the check out. ExpressPost includes $100 worth of insurance, but please consider shipping to an address which will allow your parcel to be left for you without risk of theft or tampering, such as your office.

SHIPPING GIFTS: We are happy to send gift items direct to the recipient for you. Please order items going to single destinations in the same order. Let us know and we'll add a bit of wrapping up and use your address as the return so they know who it's from.

LOST ITEMS: Please bear in mind our Free regular shipping is untracked lettermail. If you require tracked shipping, please purchase the proper ExpressPost shipping as a separate item. With standard letter mail shipping, please allow up to a month from date of order to be considered lost. Please double check your address is correct at time of purchase and if theft is a possibility, please use a more secure address such as your office, etc. We have only ever had one item not show up eventually. If an item does not show up after a month, you will receive another item, no refunds will be given. 

RETURNS: We are unable to accept returns at this time unless there is an issue with the item ordered. If there is an issue with an item, please contact us. We reserve the right to exchange or replace the item or suggest repair options. All of our items are handmade in our own studio, with love and attention to detail, please understand that with the nature of one-off items, each piece is slightly different.
